Review Summary
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald has plenty of talent in front of and behind the camera, but that talent isn't matched with a great script by J.K. Rowling. Too many plot threads and easter eggs weigh down the narrative and over-complicate what should have been a more streamlined, powerful storyline.
